About UsI believe that the Bible is God's written revelation to man and that it is inspired, authoritative, and without error. I believe that man was created in the image of God, but because of sin, was alienated (separated) from God.
I believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, and that His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, and death on the cross, bodily resurrection and ascension into heaven was to redeem us from that alienation from God.
That separation can be removed only by accepting through faith God's gift of salvation which was made possible by Christ's death and resurrection.
The Bible specifically tells us the way back into a relationship with God: For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life - John 3:1 Recognize that you are a sinner. We all gossip; we lie; we hate. There is none righteous, no, not one - Romans 3:10. For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God - Romans 3:23. Please, realize that there is a penalty for sin. The Bible says, ' The wages of sin is death' Romans 6:23. And physical death leads to total separation from God for all eternity.
Because of your sin - you are bankrupt spiritually and cannot pay the penalty for your sin. Romans 5:8 says, ' While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.' Jesus Christ was our substitute. He took our place. And He rose again from the dead, proving that He paid the complete penalty for our sin - 1 Corinthians 15:3-5. For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord - Romans 6:23. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father but by Me - John 14:6.
Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear My voice, and open the door, I will come in to Him - Revelation 3:20 . For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved - Romans 10:13.
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved - Romans 10:9. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast - Ephesians 2:8-9.
If you Decide to Receive Christ as Your Savior... Pray something like this "God I have sinned and that means I am a separated from You. I believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died on the cross for my sins and was raised from the dead on the third day so that I could be forgiven and have eternal life. Forgive me of those sins and Jesus, please some into my life as my personal Lord and Savior." |
